No, not yet. PNWMP has all land zoning and is currently designing the track layout and then PNWMP will secure all the required permits in order to begin construction during the late fall of 2009 with completion estimated to be the summer of 2011.
Each level of membership
will be able to secure road course sessions
through an advance reservation system. Even
without a prior reservation, a member can
call PNWMP to see if there are road course
sessions available on a given day. If available,
the member can then book a road course session
on a first come, first serve basis.

The club portion of the
facility will be open initially everyday
(with the exception of major holidays) of
the year from 7:00am until 9:00pm Monday
through Sunday. The Clubhouse when completed
will have such amenities as a pool, health
club, locker area and restaurant/lounge as
well as a planned hotel/condo. The road course
will operate from 8:00 am until 7:00 pm Monday
through Saturday and 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
on Sundays.

of 300 days per year. However, the club house
and the "indoor amenities" - restaurant,
health club, lounge, etc will remain open
all year long.
There is no absolute number

that will utilize the road course. PNWMP will
not oversell memberships.

turned in before automobiles or motorcycles
