No, not yet. PNMP has all land zoning permits and is currently designing the track layout and then PNMP will secure all the required permits in order to begin construction during the spring of 2008 with completion estimated to be summer of 2009.

Each level of membership will be able to secure road course sessions through an advance reservation system. Even without a prior reservation, a member can call PNMP to see if there are road course sessions available on a given day. If available, the member can then book a road course session on a first come, first serve basis.

Call Billie Jean Morris at 541-481-7000.

The club portion of the facility will be open initially everyday (with the exception of major holidays) of the year from 7:00am until 9:00pm Monday through Sunday. The Clubhouse when completed will have such amenities as a pool, health club, locker area and restaurant/lounge as well as a planned hotel/condo. The road course will operate from 8:00 am until 7:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on Sundays.

We expect the road course will be available and open on an average of 300 days per year. However, the club house and the "indoor amenities" - restaurant, health club, lounge, etc will remain open all year long.

There is no absolute number - capacity depends on the mix of memberships that will utilize the road course. PNMP will not oversell memberships.

Any automobile (except SUV's, trucks, or vans) or approved motorcycles can be driven as long as it passes a safety inspection. Most of our members will be driving street legal cars from manufacturers and makes like: BMW, Lamborghini, Porsche, Ferrari, Lotus, Mustang, Corvettes, Miatas, Toyota Supra, Mitsubishi Evolution, Shelby Series 1, Audi, and even a Mini Cooper S.

Any reputable dealership or an independent, certified mechanic can do the inspection, or it can be done at our facility. A technical inspection form will be provided to you prior to access to the road course. It needs to be filled out and turned in before automobiles or motorcycles can be driven on PNMP. The inspections are required at regular intervals.

So, during each road course session drivers with like equipment and skill level will occupy the road course. Please also see PNMP track rules.

All participants must wear helmets bearing Snell 1995 or later certification and fireproof racing suits; safety comes first at PNMP. All participants must present a valid driver's license and be 18 years or older.

In the very unlikely event of an accident, we will have the highest level of dedicated paramedics along with fire and rescue equipment, on site, at all times, in order to handle any situation. Again safety comes first at PNMP.
